  The Reinvent media group is passionate about investing in outstanding and talented people. The group appreciates the value of multiple perspectives, and we want our teams to work together with mutual respect and concern for one another, extending to their families and friends. With an open door policy, collaboration and honest communication are encouraged at all levels. Employees are expected to be accountable and take ownership of their work, and are supported in their development to ensure they feel comfortable expressing ideas regardless of their position.
Reinvent understands that the office environment is crucial to the mental and social well-being of each individual, and believes good health is a combination of spiritual, mental and physical welfare. The group’s philosophy stresses the importance of a strong family and social network, daily exercise, healthy diet and an appreciation of nature and creation.
The Reinvent media group strives to impact its community positively. Employees are encouraged to participate in fundraising events – for example, together the Vancouver Reinvent team raised more than $3,200 for the Salvation Army Adopt-a-Family for Christmas program in 2007. This team-building initiative provided five families with a full Christmas food hamper and gifts for the parents and children who needed it most. Most recently, more than half of the Vancouver staff participated as ‘Team Vancouver.com’ in the April 2008 Vancouver Sun Run, placing 31st out of 92 corporate teams. As well, Reinvent is a regular donor to missionary work around the globe.
